Pre-launch terms, in plain English.

What this site is

The Cram Lab is exam prep, not pre-licensing. We build study products that prepare you for career-license exams (insurance P&C and Life & Health, adjuster, real estate). We do not provide pre-licensing education, and nothing here counts toward any state's pre-licensing requirements.

Pre-launch status

We launch on October 26, 2026. Until then:

  • No payments. The invite list and contact form collect details only — we process no payments and sell nothing until launch. The published prices ($19.99 Diagnose, $49.99 Master, one-time) are launch pricing.
  • Preview only. The interactive preview (/app/, /diagnostic/, /flashcards/, /lessons/) is a free demonstration of the study experience. Preview progress is stored in your browser's localStorage on your device only.
  • Content under review. TX state-law lessons are drafted from TDI sources and in final expert review. Flagged facts ship only once confirmed — study content is educational material, not legal advice.

No pass guarantee

We don't promise you'll pass your exam, and no prep course honestly can. The 85% readiness score is a measure of your own practice performance (50% recent drill accuracy, 30% topic coverage, 20% flashcard retention) — not a prediction of exam results.

Your responsibilities

  • Confirm your exam's current format, fees, and eligibility with your state department of insurance and exam administrator before booking.
  • Don't misuse the forms — the honeypot and rate limits are there to keep bots out; humans have nothing to worry about.

Our content

Study questions, lessons, and explanations on this site are ours. You're welcome to study them to your heart's content; please don't republish them as your own product.

Limitation of liability

The site and preview are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for exam outcomes, scheduling decisions, or any consequences of how you use the study material.

Changes

These terms will be updated at launch to cover accounts, payments, and the full course. Material changes get a new effective date here.
